Payroll is becoming an increasingly more complicated area for small businesses, with the need to now comply with HMRC ‘Real Time Information’ and you’ve got to ask yourself if the time burden of doing it yourself is really worthwhile?’
Our service is built around the minimum amount of effort required from you, and the peace of mind of having professional payroll calculations done that will satisfy the needs of your business, your employees and HMRC.
We will provide you with e-mail payslips for each of your employees along with details of your payment due to be made to HMRC each month. We will ensure that you comply with national minimum wage requirements and that the requirements of the new RTI (Real time information) are met.
We appreciate that mistakes may be made in the collation of payroll information within your organisation and as such we will not charge for a reasonable number of re-runs during the payroll year. In the case of a charge being necessary you will always be informed before the work is undertaken.
We are also happy to assist with completion of your monthly CIS reporting requirements, for those businesses who use subcontractors in the construction industry. This can include verifying subcontractors on your behalf and calculating the appropriate CIS deductions for you. We will advise you of the monthly payment due to HMRC each month.
