Fixed fee billing

Traditional accountancy firms bill almost on a bar tab basis, with each phone call or query adding time to your card and increasing your bill.  All fees with Aster Accountancy will be discussed and agreed in advance of work being undertaken.

We undertake to provide clients with a fixed fee quote.  This will mean that when you provide your paperwork you know exactly what your fees will be and you wont receive any unpleasant surprises.

This means that you can pick up the phone or send an email at any time, knowing that the clock is not ticking every time you have a query. we encourage all clients to stay in touch and ask questions whenever necessary and you will not be billed any extra unless you require any extra work.  You will always be notified in advance of charges for any extra work before it is undertaken.

Free tax investigation fee protection - All our clients are covered by a tax investigation insurance policy for no extra fee. This means that should you or your business be subject to any enquiry by HMRC, you will not incur any fees as a result of our time spent defending your business.

Company formations - Our standard fee for Company formations is £65

Payment discounts - Clients are encouraged to pay for their accounts work over 12 months by direct debit. We often find this encourages clients to stay in touch throughout the year and to bring their records in promptly. All clients joining a monthly payment scheme receive a 5% discount on their total annual quote.
